You can book direct into my diary. I work Monday - Friday, you can book any slot you like, even same day if available. Once booked I will call you to get more information on your issue to ensure I can help.
Yes we can help with both.
We needyour email address and passwords and pin numbers and passcodes if it is for phones and tablets to be able to restore data and do transfers, if you want to keep existing data. If you want something set up as new, with a new email address you do not need anything. Computers that have already been set up will ask for the previous passwords.
All our prices are fixed, so if it takes longer you do not need to pay any more, we might have to revisit you, at no extra charge to complete a job depending on our other appointments.
No sorry we do not, but we can recommend someone.
We will speak to you before coming out, but if it cannot be fixed we only charge a call out of £34.99.
