Meet Mark Jones – Founder of No Worry Home Tech Help
Hi, I’m Mark Jones, founder of No Worry Home Tech Help.
For almost 20 years I’ve been helping people solve technology problems through businesses I’ve owned and managed. My career began as an O2 franchise owner, where I spent ten years opening and running successful mobile phone stores, helping thousands of customers with everything from choosing new devices to resolving technical issues and providing ongoing support.
Following my time with O2, I became a CeX (Complete Entertainment Exchange) franchise owner, further developing my knowledge of mobile phones, computers, laptops, tablets and consumer technology. Running busy retail businesses gave me invaluable experience in diagnosing problems, explaining technology in plain English and, most importantly, putting customers first.
I later founded Repair Not Replace, a successful computer, laptop, tablet and mobile phone repair business. Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of homeowners and local businesses recover lost data, repair damaged devices, remove viruses, set up new equipment and solve the everyday technology problems that can quickly become stressful. Through this business I built a reputation for honest advice, reliable service and taking the time to ensure every customer understood the solution, not just the problem.
Today, I’ve brought all of that experience together in No Worry Home Tech Help. My aim is simple: to provide friendly, patient, fixed-price technology support for people in their own homes.
