Set up a back up of your files, we will need to set up a cloud service to do this, which will cost a monthly amount, ring us for more information. £79.99 plus the monthly cost of cloud service.
Windows Updates
Update your computer to a new version of windows or install some new software for you. £69.99.
Printer Not Connecting / Working
If your printer needs setting up or has suddenly stopped working, we'll identify the problem and get you back up and running. £69.99.
Internet Connection Issues
Connect your computer back to the internet. We will need the settings and password for your internet connection.£69.99.
Slow Computer
We can remove programmes that you are not using, but a slow computer may be the hard drive coming to the end of life which cannot be fixed. Ask us for some advice over the phone.£69.99.
Moving files to a new computer
We'll safely transfer your email accounts and settings and files from your old computer to your new one. Software cannot be moved unless you have the licence keys and original software or it can be downloaded. £89.99.

We need your email address and passwords and pin numbers and passcodes if it is for phones and tablets and computers to be able to restore data and do transfers, if you want to keep existing data. If you want something set up as new, you do not need anything other than the software. Computers that have already been set up will ask for the previous passwords.
No. We offer fixed price visits, so you'll know the cost before we arrive.
Absolutely. Many of our customers are retired or simply prefer someone to visit them at home but we help people of any age. We explain everything in plain English and never rush.
Yes. We can set up your email account on your new laptop, desktop computer, tablet and smartphone, making sure everything is synchronised.
We always speak to you in advance of coming out, but if it still cannot be fixed then all we charge is a call out of £34.99.
In many cases, yes. We can transfer documents, photos and other important files where possible.
Yes. We regularly install wireless and USB printers and solve printer connection problems. Please note for wireless printing not all routers support this and we will need the password for your router.
Yes. Printer offline messages are very common and are usually straightforward to resolve during our visit.
